At the same time the all-clear was given at the Agana Shopping Center following a bomb threat, Jenna Gaminde, public affairs officer for the offices of Homeland Security and Civil Defense, said they received a call at 2:15 p.m. from 911 dispatch of two separate reported bomb threats. They were made to the Outrigger Guam Beach Resort and the Westin Resort Guam. The hotels follow a series of bomb threats that targeted the Guam Premier Outlets, Kmart, Home Depot, the Micronesia Mall and Agana Shopping Center, all within a span of about two hours starting at 11 a.m. Officials from the Guam Police, Guam Fire and Airport personnel have addressed each site. The last of the all-clear signals for the first five threats was given at around 3:15 for GPO. The hotels were issued an all-clear at about the same time, said Gaminde.
