University of Arizona police arrest man in last week's campus shootingUniversity of Arizona police have arrested a 29-year-old man in connection with last week's shooting on the Tucson campus that injured another man. Christopher Eugene was arrested Monday at his Tucson home and booked on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count of aggravated robbery, all felonies. Neither Eugene nor the injured man was a student or affiliated with the university, police said. A 23-year-old man suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the April 27 shooting that occurred near the Thomas W. Keating Bioresearch Building on the northeastern edge of campus. Police say they found shell casings and a small amount of blood in a patio area near the building.
