WILKES-BARRE, Pa. (AP) - Two former northeastern Pennsylvania police officers have been sentenced on federal bank fraud conspiracy convictions. Former Wilkes-Barre officers Tino Ninotti and Jason Anthony pleaded guilty a year ago to conspiracy to commit bank fraud. Authorities said they signed fraudulent loan documents from the Wilkes-Barre City Employees Federal Credit Union. U.S. District Judge A. Richard Caputo sentenced Ninotti on Monday to 30 days in prison. Anthony was sentenced to time served and three months of home confinement.
