An arraignment for three people accused of running a multimillion-dollar health-care fraud scheme has been postponed until next week. Suspects Clifford Shoemake, Nicholas Shoemake and Kimberly Conner all face allegations related to health care fraud and money laundering. The suspects are all accused of taking part in a fraud scheme at Guam Medical Transport, a local ambulance transportation company. The Shoemakes and Conner appeared in court Tuesday with their attorneys, where the suspects were expected to enter pleas to the charges against them.
