A third University is being established with the aim to promote quality education in Samoa.
A former English Lecturer at the National University of Samoa, Christopher Gounder, is the masterminder.
He confirmed the plan during an interview with the Samoa Observer yesterday.
The University is to be called “The Oceania A+ Educational solution University (O.A.E.S.U).” It is planned to be located at Poutasi Falealili.
