The New York Post is reporting that Gov. Chris Christie is telling friends and staff he is taking a role with the Trump administration.
The newspaper cites a source close to the White House.
Christie spokesman Brian Murray did not respond immediately to a request for comment.
Christie has made two trips to Washington during the past week. His office says he’s traveling outside the state and will return Sunday.
