www.cnn.com/2016/01/29/politics/state-department-to-release-clinton-emails/ My interpretations follow. First the good news. The State Dept declared today that those 22 emails containing top secret info were not marked classified at the time they were sent, so there is hardly any case for indicting Hillary for receiving them or storing them on her private server. Pity the fools who sent those emails though. The bad news is that classification doesn't matter. Clinton has never understood that it doesn't matter. Even if her emailbox contained nothing but unclassified communications, there would be reference to classified matters in the course of her day-to-day work that could support inferences about the secret stuff. The Republicans never got it either. They went on wild goose chases about whether Hillary was trying to hide her communications from the public, or delete embarrassing stuff she didn't want to see the light of day. Now they're off hooting and hollering about how she was careless about secret matters. The real problem is judgment. Or lack of same.

eh, if you don't like her, it's a thing. If you do like her, you realize it's just another non scandal.
