Even though it's been two years since a string of eight structure fires terrorized an Enfield neighborhood, some of the victims are still feeling the effects. Two were in Superior Court in Hartford on Friday to see Davidson Izzo, 18, sentenced to 13 years in prison — suspended after five years — in connection with the fires. Izzo, who had pleaded guilty to two counts of arson, will get credit for nearly two years he's been in prison. "We want to see him him punished for what he did," said Doreen Grout. "He traumatized us. We lived in fear for two and a half years." Grout was accompanied by Susan Starr, who lives across the street from her. Starr, who uses a wheelchair, recalled the November night her barn at 383 Elm St. burned.
