ALBANY - New York's $153 billion state budget included some relief for union workers, who will now be able to more easily deduct their union dues from their state taxes. Gov. Andrew Cuomo held a rally Friday to tout the new provision, which will remove restrictions that limited the number of union workers that could claim the tax benefit.
