BONNERS FERRY, Idaho - John Crump says his neighbors dog Bones went missing in September. He helped him look for it, but when they found Bones they were shocked. "It was a dump site," Crump explains. Along with Bones' body, they found the skeletal remains of other dogs in the mountains near the Canadian border. They says Bones had been shot three times with a high-powered rifle. Crump was shocked. He started asking around, and discovered that dozens of owners had found their dogs dead.
