BOISE, Idaho -- The Idaho House unanimously approved a measure that would remove the board of pharmacy's authority to regulate condom and prophylactics sales. The board historically hasn't regulated condom sales, even though it's always had that authority under state law. Republican Rep. Fred Wood carried the measure at the request of the pharmacy board. Democratic Rep. John McCrostie said he supports the measure and its attempt to remove archaic language from the statute. The bill must pass through the Senate before Gov. C. L.
