OKLAHOMA CITY — Lawmakers are expected to have $1.3 billion less to appropriate in fiscal year 2017, according to revised numbers released Thursday. The Board of Equalization is set to meet Tuesday to certify what lawmakers will have available to appropriate in crafting the fiscal year 2017 budget. Earlier estimates put the hole at $900.3 million. Preliminary, unverified estimates show the Board of Equalization on Tuesday will consider certifying slightly more than $5.8 billion in revenues for fiscal year 2017 appropriations.
