www.salon.com/2016/02/26/hillary_clinton_has_a_race_problem_and_its_resurfacing_at_a_dangerous_time/"Americans remember that Hillary Clinton’s ‘90s policy stances punished those born into systemic racism and poverty by instituting mandatory minimums, eliminating rehabilitative programs for inmates addicted to drugs, implementing the three-strikes law (which Bill now admits “made the problem worse”), expanding the death penalty (which Hillary still supports), and building more prisons countrywide. "Indeed, the ‘94 legislation threw millions of black women and men into prison; in fact, throughout Bill Clinton’s presidency, the black prison population increased by 50 percent."

Why do Bill Clinton's policies and attitudes automatically attribute to Hillary also? She was not President. Who knows what she agreed with or disagreed with behind the scenes. She has her own mind.

Why do Bill Clinton's policies and attitudes automatically attribute to Hillary also? She was not President. Who knows what she agreed with or disagreed with behind the scenes. She has her own mind. Good point! However, Hillary was often quite vocal and an advocate of Clinton administration policies. Maybe not the power behind the throne but a near co-president; that's what Bill said when he declared "You get two for the price of one." Those were her words that young lady played back to Hillary about "let's bring them to heel." Fair dinkum. My grandfather said "A smart person changes his mind." Meaning CAN change. Candidates however are pilloried for changing their minds. There are good reasons for throwing back one's words into one's face. Too tempting for candidates to say whatever they think gets them votes. To sway with the winds. Hillary doesn't deal well with things like what happened at that private fundraiser. Ordinarily so smooth, but she gets rattled and mad if you cross her. She can and does usually say the "right" things, but I'm not sure how deep it goes. I'm not sure there's anybody home upstairs. She might be a programmed robot, and if so, I don't know who does the programming. Check out www.salon.com/2016/02/25/fight_the_soulless_juggernaut_big_money_machine_politics_and_the_real_issue_separating_sanders_and_clinton/I didn't get to watch or listen to the Bernie Sanders/Chris Matthews interview until it was aired the second time on MSNBC. I only listened to the interview so I do not have the visual, but Bernie didn't deal well with certain questions that Matthews asked and seemed quite mad at times--even catching himself when he used the "damn" word. Personally, I don't think that there is a human being alive that can't be triggered into anger when challenged. I don't see that Bernie is any different from Hillary regarding that matter and I wouldn't a president to be docile when challenged--if that were the case then I would vote for Ben Carson. However, a man usually will receive a free pass when they are angered while a woman gets labeled with the b-word--and I don't mean bitter. As far as being programmed is concerned, I believe the same observation can also be said about Bernie. Nearly every question that Bernie receives becomes a spiel about the issue of economic inequality. For that reason I feel that Bernie's responses are about as rehearsed as Rubio's or Trump's. It boils down to the fact that all of the candidates are politicians and they will say anything to placate the crowds. Then this showed up on Twitter so it might add some context to what occurred at the fundraiser: pbs.twimg.com/media/CcF8fLtUcAAi9Hx.jpg

Oooh. Somebody paid her way in and she refused to identify that person. Cornel West btw was just here in Lubbock yesterday to give a speech at Texas Tech.
I think we'd all have a good laugh if that happened to Trump or Cruz.
I don't blame Hillary for getting mad but for loosing it when she goes off script. And by loosing it I mean being unable to deal it coherently. Get her off her script and she falters.
Sanders is not a one-note charlie but does not have the background of Hillary Clinton in presidential government. She should be able to talk circles around him but so far hasn't.
Hillary has ducked many questions or answered with gibberish, from the reason she used an off-campus email server (because she'd have to carry two cell phones?? Really?) to decisions made regarding Libya and Syria that as Sec/State she was in the middle of. Benghazi was imo a durn-fool red herring that backfired on Republicans but she never clearly explained what she knew when.
For me there is a real issue as to Hillary's judgment and reasoning ability. And I don't think her doctor's released opinion on her health addressed higher level function.
