Gov. Daugaard orders state capitol flags at half-staff for former State Rep. Glen McVay
PIERRE — Former state legislator Glen McVay of Sioux Falls passed away on June 25, 2016.
McVay, 86, was elected in 1984 to represent the Canton area in the state House of Representatives. He served one term.
Gov. Dennis Daugaard has ordered flags to fly half-staff at the State Capitol on Wednesday, June 29, the day of McVay’s funeral.
