Three of four Norman North wrestlers accused of sexual assaults on bus to be treated as juvenilesPAULS VALLEY — Three of the four suspended Norman North High School wrestlers who are accused of sexual assault will be prosecuted as juveniles. Garvin County Special Judge Trisha Misak dismissed the felony charge against each of those three wrestlers on Tuesday and gave prosecutors five days to file new cases in juvenile court. The four defendants, all from Norman, were charged in February with rape by instrumentation after two of their teammates reported being sexually assaulted on a team bus. The victims were 16 and 12 at the time, documents show. Sage Griffen Gandenberger, 17; Chase Denton Smith, 16; and Hunter Oren Matthews, 17, initially were charged as youthful offenders.
