MUNCIE, Ind. – Jurors can hear testimony concerning comments a Muncie man purportedly made about killing police before he exchanged gunshots with Delaware County sheriff’s deputies. Gregory Bruce Grider Jr., 29, is charged with two counts of attempted murder in the shootout, last May 27 in a Liberty Township mobile home owned by the defendant’s grandmother. His Delaware Circuit Court 1 trial is set to begin May 1.
