A Seattle startup is selling a unique way to protest America's politicians.
Protest Teas (they're aware of the wordplay) has set up a site that lets users "teabag" President Donald Trump and other politicians, but it's not quite what it sounds like. Or maybe it is.
For $10, you can send a postcard with a personal message and some tea bags to Trump, Mike Pence, Paul Ryan or any of several other well-known politicians from both sides of the aisle (five Republicans and five Democrats, to be specific). Twenty percent of each sale goes to the charity of a sender's choice.
"Right now, we don't think the administration is representing the will of most Americans with the decisions they're making, especially with healthcare," said Punar Singh, co-founder and CEO. "And this is hopefully a funnier way to vent out some frustration."
