Alabama House Republicans support teacher raise, ban on refugeesThe Republican Caucus in the Alabama House of Representatives today unveiled its 2016 legislative agenda, which includes a pay raise for education employees in K-12 public schools and two-year colleges. Other proposals include a plan to put wireless broadband in all schools and a tax credit for small businesses that hire new employees.
