CHEYENNE – The Wyoming Legislature faces a time crunch this week that promises to leave many pending bills dead from lack of action. The House postponed a second reading on more than 50 bills last week to buy time to hear budget amendments. That puts the bills up against a Tuesday deadline that requires all bills to get their second reading in the house in which they were introduced, followed by a Wednesday deadline for bills to get their third and final reading there.
