Gov. Andrew Cuomo may grappling over budget issues with NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio but he jumped to the defense of the entire state after GOP candidate Ted Cruz took at shot at the city during Thursday night’s debate in South Carolina. During one of several dust-ups with Donald Trump, Cruz launched into a speech slamming the values held by those in New York.
