LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — Former Arkansas first lady Hillary Clinton hopes to win the state's presidential primary for the second time and build a formidable lead from "Super Tuesday" balloting in the race for the Democratic nomination. Clinton won Arkansas in 2008 but lost the nomination to Barack Obama. This year she should comfortably win Arkansas over Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders. For Republicans, interest in the presidential primary is high after former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee suspended his campaign, opening the door for front-runner Donald Trump or freshmen U.S. Sens. Ted Cruz or Marco Rubio. Legislators voted to move up this year's primary to give the state more clout in the presidential primaries, and it seems to have worked.
