N.H. prep school grad should have bail revoked, prosecutors sayNew Hampshire prosecutors are asking a judge to revoke bail for Owen Labrie, saying he violated his curfew at least eight times while appealing his conviction for sexually assaulting a fellow student at the elite St. Paul’s School. The request Monday follows a Feb. 29 incident in which Labrie was spotted on an MBTA Red Line train in Cambridge. Journalist Susan Zalkind described a conversation with Labrie in a series of tweets, then expanded upon the interaction in an article for Vice. Prosecutors said that the account spurred an investigation that revealed Labrie had repeatedly broken his curfew. Labrie, who is appealing his conviction, is out on $15,000 bail.
