CHEYENNE – Wyoming’s $300 million Capitol Square Project could see yet another delay. A consultant on the project to renovate and expand the state Capitol and the adjacent Herschler Building said Thursday that the timeline for the work is uncertain at the moment. State officials and project managers previously set a target to complete the multi-year endeavor by late 2018. They hoped that would give enough time for legislative staff and state leaders to move back into the building in order for it to host the 2019 general session, which would start in January of that year.
