Hidden cameras capture ‘repulsive attacks’ at Gwinnett care...A caretaker at a Gwinnett assisted living facility was arrested after hidden cameras showed her drop a wheelchair-bound woman on the floor, strangle her with her own shirt and hit her in the head, police said Friday. Lisa Williams, 44, of Lithonia, was charged with two counts of exploitation of a disabled adult and one count of aggravated assault by strangulation, Gwinnett police Cpl. Deon Washington said. Police found out about the alleged abuse when the victim’s son called detectives Wednesday. The son set up cameras in the room where his mother was living after she told him she was being assaulted at the Personal Touch assisted living facility in Loganville, Washington said.
