Official admits taking state for $1 millionSALT LAKE CITY (AP) — A former administrative assistant for the agency that runs Utah’s 911 program has admitted to spending $1 million with state-issued credit cards. KUTV of Salt Lake City reported Friday that Patricia Nelson disclosed her actions in court documents. Nelson is currently embroiled in a civil lawsuit filed by the Utah Communications Authority.
