Flood causes $1 million in damage at University of Utah's pediatrics buildingSALT LAKE CITY — Fire officials say a water break has caused $1 million in damage to a University of Utah building. Salt Lake City fire Capt. Mark Bednarik says the Williams Building started to flood around 7 p.m. Friday and it was evacuated. Officials say there were concerns that the water would come in contact with electrical equipment. According to firefighters, the water seeped into the basement through an outside wall.
