John Stiglich, president and co-founder of Cirdan Health Systems, was getting ready to move his growing company into its third downtown St. Paul office in 15 years. Instead, the company will make the move without him, and employees this week are engaged in “packing therapy,” said vice president and co-founder John Klein. Stiglich, 52, died Monday in Baudette, Minn. His body was found floating in the Rainy River just east of Baudette shortly before noon Monday.
