Provo police officers arrested a man Sunday night on suspicion of stealing a C4 explosive from the Army.
Police reports state the suspect’s friend called 911 to report that Adam Garceau had stolen a brick of C4 from a training held in March at Camp Williams.
The complainant told police that Garceau, 21, is in the Army Reserves and said Garceau told him via text and photos that he still had the C4 on Sunday.
Police searched Garceau’s Provo residence Sunday night with the bomb squad and a bomb detection dog.
