Man accused of raping, molesting boy in a church waives hearing
ENID, Okla. — A 22-year-old Enid man charged with rape and lewd molestation waived his right to a preliminary hearing Wednesday morning.
Johnny Andrike appeared before Special District Judge Brian Lovell with an interpreter and confirmed he wished to waive his right to a hearing and that he understood his decision.
Andrike was charged Aug. 8, 2015, with felony charges of first-degree rape and lewd molestation of a boy in a church.
Prosecutors filed another charge and affidavit in the case Tuesday, adding another count of lewd molestation to Andrike's charges with a second affidavit filed in the case alleging another victim was molested.
