Secretary of State Delbert Hosemann wants another bite at the apple for his election law reforms. Hosemann told the Hattiesburg American on Tuesday that he wants the Legislature to re-address the failed measure in a special session this year. He said Gov. Phil Bryant told him he already plans to call lawmakers back for a special session to address how the state should spend money it will receive from BP from the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill settlement.
