Gov. Jack Dalrymple will deliver guidelines to state agency heads next week for his final budget crafted as governor. The North Dakota Office of Management and Budget said in a memo to state agency heads that Dalrymple’s 2017-19 budget guidelines will be delivered at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Brynhild Haugland Room in the state Capitol. OMB Director Pam Sharp also will provide an update on the status of the state’s general fund and additional details on the budgeting process. A spokesman from the governor’s office said earlier this month the governor won’t be proposing any general fund tax increases in his final budget.
