Christie faces Monday deadline to sign or veto pay equity billGovernor Christie faces a deadline Monday to sign or veto several bills, including one that would make it illegal for companies to pay women less than men for the same job. The measure also requires contractors doing business with state government to submit a report regarding every employee who works on the contract. The report must include each employee’s gender, race, job title and total compensation. Read more: www.northjersey.com/news/christie-faces-monday-deadline-to-sign-or-veto-pay-equity-bill-1.1556124
