CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — A succession of spring snowstorms over the last two months has boosted Wyoming's snowpack to above normal. Lee Hackleman of the Natural Resources Conservation Service says the statewide snowpack this week measured at 102 percent of median. Hackleman says that's the first it's been above normal since last fall near the start of the winter season. Generally, the snowpack is greatest in central and southern Wyoming.
