Here's where Bill Clinton will be in Kentucky Thursday
Former President Bill Clinton will be campaigning for his wife, Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton, on Thursday in Owensboro, Frankfort and Prestonsburg.
Clinton is facing off against U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders in the May 17 Kentucky primary.
The schedule will take Clinton into or near both the eastern and western coalfields of Kentucky where his wife appears likely to struggle following comments this spring that she would be putting lots of coal miners and coal companies out of business - something she said when she was explaining initiatives in to bring diversity to impoverished areas.
He'll start the day in Owensboro at Kentucky Wesleyan University at 10:30 a.m. CDT, before heading to Frankfort for a rally at the Capital Plaza Hotel that is scheduled to begin at 2:30 p.m. EDT.
