The makers of Blue Bell ice cream said Thursday that two more flavors — strawberry and chocolate chip — will be available in stores soon.
No word on how soon is soon, but in the meantime they can be found in ice cream parlors that serve Blue Bell.
Since the iconic Texas brand returned to store shelves following a systemwide recall, 16 flavors have been reintroduced in half gallon containers and 14 flavors in pints are now available.
The company was forced to shut down production after Listeria was found in some of its product and in its plants.
