New polling on corporate tax increase ballot measure IP-28 shows a substantial number of voters are undecided, indicating a tough road ahead for its supporters, according to one political analyst. Poll data shows 41 percent of voters support the measure, 23 percent oppose it and 35 percent are undecided. IP-28 would create a 2.5 percent tax on gross corporate sales above $25 million. It's predicted to generate $6 billion in biennial revenue, according to the Legislative Revenue Office. It will appear on the ballot in November.
