CONCORD — Taking a break from shaking voters’ hands and trying to make a great first impression, three GOP presidential candidates had different messages for lawmakers as they addressed the House on Wednesday. Although most lawmakers decided long ago who they support, including Democratic candidates, the candidates continued a long-standing tradition of addressing the House. New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie talked to House members about the heroin and opioid crisis sweeping New Hampshire as well as his home state.
