ADDISON, Vt. - Skydiving is not for the faint of heart, but one brave Burlington woman took the jump Saturday for a cause she believes in.
Nervous was not the word on Chris Reitz's mind Saturday before she jumped out of a plane.
"Excited, excited," exclaimed Reitz.
It's the second time the 77-year-old mother and grandmother has read and signed the paperwork. Reitz went skydiving ten years ago in Maine to show her support for same-sex marriage. This time, she's diving for another cause.
"We still need money for Bernie's campaign," said Reitz.
