Hillary Clinton coming to Indy on Sunday for U.S. Conference of Mayors
Hillary Clinton is coming to Indianapolis on Sunday, her first visit to the Hoosier state after winning enough delegates to clinch the Democratic presidential nomination.
Clinton will be in town to give a speech at the U.S. Conference of Mayors, where she is expected to discuss the need for strengthening federal-local partnerships to support cities and metropolitan economies.
Presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump also was invited to speak at the event but has not confirmed whether he will make an appearance.
Hundreds of mayors from across the country are gathering in Indianapolis this weekend, with several Indiana mayors expected to attend.
