Joined by former first lady Rosalynn Carter, the former president arrived Wednesday and will be in town until Sunday. Carter, 91, has visited Annapolis a number of times over the years, both during his presidency and after. In 2010, Carter, then 86, and the first lady helped build houses on Clay Street for Habitat for Humanity. This year also marks the 70th anniversary of Carter's graduation from the U.S. Naval Academy. He is the only president to have graduated from the academy. Read more: www.capitalgazette.com/news/annapolis/ph-ac-cn-jimmy-carter-annapolis-0624-20160624-story.html
