Two men arrested in April for attacking a gay man in Klamath Falls have been found guilty of assault, according to court records. Juan Carlos Delgado, 31, and Albert Broadway, 28, both of Klamath Falls, were convicted at trial Tuesday for an attack taking place Feb. 27. Delgado was convicted of fourth-degree assault and third-degree assault and was acquitted of first-degree intimidation. Broadway was found guilty of second-degree intimidation, two counts of fourth-degree assault and was acquitted of third-degree assault. Delgado faces up to 10 years in prison while Broadway faces up to a year in jail.
