BOSTON — If Newton Mayor Setti Warren plans on challenging Gov. Charlie Baker in 2018, he'll be facing a daunting fundraising gap. Warren, first elected in 2009, has announced he won't seek another term as mayor and is considered a possible Democratic rival to the incumbent Republican. Warren has yet to publicly say whether he is running for governor. If he does, one of his first tasks may be to start building up his campaign account.
