St. Paul Mayor Chris Coleman, who has led the city for more than a decade, will not run for re-election next year. He announced his decision Thursday at a brewery just south of University Avenue, where he touted St. Paul’s growth and accomplishments during his nearly three terms in office. He stopped short of committing to future political plans. Coleman has said he is considering a run for governor, but did not confirm whether he will enter that race.
