The slew of reported racist graffiti was found between Nov. 30 and Dec.16 in several Long Island towns that include Mineola and Merrick, according to the Nassau County Police Department. A sidewalk in front of a Washington Ave. home was vandalized with multiple red swastikas and “Make America White Again” written in black on Nov.30 at 6:30 a.m. The incident could have happened the night before, police said. A Nassau County police spokesman told the Daily News that other “bias incidents” occurred on Dec. 16 at Nassau Community College, where police found more swastikas drawn in bathrooms.
