Teton County Public Health is fighting to keep birth control accessible and affordable for low-income women, despite pending budget cuts. Public Health aims to secure about $18,000 in Title X funding, a pot of money provided by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, to pay for family planning services in 2017.
