McALLEN — A third lawsuit against the Donna school district was filed Friday in connection to a January 2014 teacher-student sex scandal involving three employees. The latest federal lawsuit revolves around 34-year-old Arturo Castillo Jr., a truancy officer accused of altering a 16-year-old girl’s attendance records at Donna High School and having unprotected sex with her.
