Worcester Jewish Community Center targeted twice in one month by bomb threatsA wave of bomb threats to Jewish center's across the country hit the Worcester Jewish Community center for a second time this month Tuesday. According to a press release, dozens of preschool children had to once again be evacuated at the center on 633 Salisbury Street. Worcester police responded to the incident shortly after 1 p.m. Their search did not turn up any devices, and the building was deemed safe, authorities said. The center, and others like it around the country, were also targeted on Jan. 18. Authorities said 27 Jewish centers in 17 states received bomb threats.
