MILWAUKEE (AP) — The man accused of wanting to shoot up a Milwaukee Masonic event center in the name of Islam told a judge the charges are "not true." The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel (http://bit.ly/1nzrmNT ) posted audio on its website that it obtained of Samy Mohamed Hamzeh's first court appearance on Tuesday. Hamzeh told U.S. Magistrate Judge David Jones that he had read and understood the federal complaint filed against him, but said he doesn't agree with it. Federal defender Daniel Stiller said Wednesday that Craig Albee, from his office, would represent Hamzeh. Hamzeh is due back in court Feb. 9. He is being held without bail.
