JANESVILLE—About 70 people protested peacefully outside Rep. Paul Ryan's office Wednesday and delivered what they said was about 86,000 postcards. The protest, organized by the UltraViolet national women's advocacy organization, focused on complaints of people who were not able to contact Ryan's office to voice concerns. “I was hoping he would hold a town hall this week. I wanted to ask him a question about Obamacare and why he wants to repeal and replace it,” said Susan Johnson of Janesville, a retired teacher. Johnson said her sister, a divorced single woman, and her sister's son get health insurance through the Affordable Care Act.
