BRENTWOOD • An accountant has been charged with forgery in connection with the theft of thousands of dollars from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors of St. Louis.
Court records say Jamie Nall, 34, of St. Peters, forged 92 checks totalling more than $84,000.
The checks were forged with the name of the business treasurer between December 2014 and June 2016 and put into two accounts belonging to Nall, police say.
Nall was charged Feb. 16 with 19 counts of forgery. Each felony is punishable by up to seven years in prison and a $5,000 fine.
